Gerard O’Keeffe
Gerard O’Keeffe started with William O’Brien Plant Hire on 21st July 1969 as assistant Hire Desk Officer. After a number of years (1974) he became a sales account manager for the company. In 1983 he was promoted to Cork Depot Manager with responsibility for Maintenance as well as the Hire Desk. In 1992 he was again promoted, this time to Plant Manager with overall responsibility for the Hire Desk and Maintenance in all four company depots. Ger has this year completed 40 years of loyal service to the company.
